Apparently Kenny Chen has quite a conundrum, and he needs everybody's help.

He is releasing a photobook with Andy Bian, and he needs our assistance to help choose the cover.

The first one is a closeup of Kenny hugging a wall, and the other two are shots of him in the bathtub. Yes, you heard me right, friends, two out of three choices for the Kenny Chen and Andy Bian upcoming photobook are him IN A BATHTUB.

I suppose this also a good time to show you the title of the book:



The title is "Staying True" in English, and in Chinese 初心 can be "true intention" or also "true feelings." (And is incredibly close in Japanese to 初恋, which means "first love.")

When is this book coming out? I have no idea. When are Kenny and Andy coming out? Likely the same date?

It has an emoji of a heart ♥, and also the Chinese word for heart 心 in it, just to make sure WE GET THE PICTURE. Are engagement photobooks a thing nowadays? IS THIS WHAT THIS IS?

I think couples photobooks are usually called "wedding albums" so I guess that's what I'm looking at here?

It's been like...A YEAR since Trapped finished airing, and these two are still doing COUPLES PHOTOBOOKS?

They're with different agencies now.

They don't have to do this.

But they are anyway.

Okay no seriously so this is the first BL I've watched (I mean, I guess Untamed counts) and I know official photo books come out (I've heard there are some amazing pics in the MODC official photobook, LOL) but like... is this a thing "CP"s do? Merchandising with each other? Even after the show is over? I'm completely amused but also like... why?
