Not to my knowledge. It's a little difficult to tell how long of a period of time the show takes place in. I think the only anchoring point we have is Tang Yi's birthday, which is October 21st. But if you want to create one, or crowdsource knowledge, I am game!
I've only watched the show once, which is a problem, but the anchor point of Tang Yi's birthday is a good one! Another explicit time span I can think of made me laugh at the time, which is when Tang Yi encourages Hong Ye to get out of town for her own safety and she's all sure, I'll get my affairs together, it will take about three days. Not really feeling the urgency there, Hong Ye!

To include the origin story we've got four years (approx) since TGD and LLZ died, so 2015, and 24 years before that when CWH goes to prison (1991). (Is LLZ pregnant when she visits CWH in prison in his first year, or has she already given birth?)
Everything else is pretty much a giant fuzz in my memory. We have some things that we know happen ~the next day, because we have people waking up with each other, which helps, but otherwise there could be lots of time gaps.

2013 (approx) Meng Shao Fei and Zhao Zi join the police (assuming a 4 year stint at Central Police University)
2014 Captain Shi's daughter Shi Ye needs a bone marrow transplant from overseas, he sells confiscated drugs to pay for it
2015 Tang Guo Dong and Li Li Zhen are murdered by Zhou Guanzhi, Tang Yi is shot
2015 Meng Shao Fei starts investigating Tang Yi
2015 Aged ~22 (following undergrad education) Zhu Hong Ye starts working for the legitimate side of the business
Some time 2015-2019 Tang Yi sues Meng Shao Fei for police harrassment
2018 Jack joins the Xing Tian Meng syndicate as Tang Yi's bodyguard/enforcer
2019 Jack is arrested in a police sting during a meeting between Tang Yi's syndicate and the Shih-Ho Clan. Wang Kunchen is murdered [probably by Jack].

My personal headcanons is that the series probably happens over a period of about 2 months tops. Enough time for Tang Yi and Shao Fei to really get to know each other, enough for Jack and Zhao Zi to form a friendship over text messages and stuff. For my own headcanons, I place the beginning of the series around September and the end around November or early December.
But in the end, who the heck knows? Thank you for putting this together!
