I think I've said elsewhere that the build-up of TY missing MSF and leaving increasingly frustrated/angry/worried messages (plus the adorable girded loins visit to the police station) ending with the finale of MSF listening to the messages as TY internally squirms (in multiple ways) is JUST GORGEOUS. Love this.
Something I particularly noted during this rewatch was TY's use of different names for MSF in the mesages, showing how he felt. Naming conventions and cultural rules for them are really interesting to me as an ignorant westerner. (I've just watched a K-drama where an entire funny subplot revolved around formal vs informal forms of speech - which had to be painstakingly explained in the subtitles!)
