When I first saw the drawing I had a feeling it was for Andy or representing Andy but I didn't see the mole. Then I saw like 3 accounts pointing at the dot and Andy's mole and I was like oh yes, how didn't I see it, it's obvious! xD
Also, that video where Kenny just filmed the scenery without any people? just the view with a heart drawn on the screen? I have the feeling it was specifically for Andy, because Andy couldn't come but Kenny wanted him there, maybe Kenny wanted to share the view with him. So I think the heart means 'for Andy'. (or I am crazy, lol who knows)
