I think the clothes that MSF wears between Zhao Zi's unfortunate googling and the birthday cake scene are the same, which means that those occur likely on the same day. I also don't think Zhao Zi would wait a whole week to ask the internet what to do about Jack's confession, so those days happen in rapid succession, I would imagine.

Maybe there's a bit of a break earlier in the timeline, like when the shopping incident happens?
